About the Author

Chandra Bahadur Dangi was born in a remote village in western Nepal in 1961. He joined the British Gurkhas at the age of 16 and served for over two decades, participating in numerous conflicts around the world. After retiring from the military, Chandra Bahadur returned to Nepal, where he works tirelessly to support his community and advocate for the rights of veterans.
